Floral arrangements are not made on site. Orders placed within 12 hours of a visitation or service may not be able to be arranged and delivered on time. If you have not received an order confirmation email or phone call from one of our Carnes Floral Team members by 10:00am the following business day after having placed your order, please call 409-986-9900 and ask to speak to Floral Team Member to ensure that your order has been received. Please indicate either Vase or Basket, in Special Instructions, when completing your order.
